A welfare unit is a self-contained portable facility providing workers with WHS-compliant toilet access, a rest area, kitchen facilities, and potable water. Scanvogn welfare units are ADR-registered, road-towable, and built to Australian standards. All Scanvogn trailers sold in Australia are ADR-registered and can be towed with a standard Australian car licence on units under 4,500kg GTM.
